John Paulsen and Wanda Duke opened Crye-Leike Coastal Realty, the first Crye-Leike franchise in the state of Florida, in July 2002. Today, they are proud of their 29 agents who, in 2011, produced $127,500,000 in real estate transactions. In 2011 Crye-Leike Coastal Realty reached the level of #1 in Sales Volume in Crye-Leike Franchises, Inc. The main office is located on 4495 Legendary Driv e in front of Regatta Bay.
