Personal experience in real estate led Suzanne Sweatt to a realtor’s license. Having lived on both coasts, in Europe, and in Hawaii, Suzanne knows real estate from the buyer’s and seller’s point of view. Whether seeking a primary home, a vacation home, or investment property, she can facilitate the process.
Formerly an academic, Suzanne holds a DA. Her hobbies include reading, playing a lousy game of golf, walking the beach, and spending time with her family. She takes great pride in assisting customers and facilitating their experiences in real estate.
Suzanne is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Emerald Coast Association of Realtors (ECAR), Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Suzanne is a participant in ECAR’s Leadership Group of 2008. She serves on the ECAR Public Policy and Professional Development committees.
